About Mediation

Mediation involves having open and constructive conversations about conflicts. You control the process while the mediator acts as a guide, helping everyone move past moments that are stuck or in crisis. Everyone has the opportunity to voice their desires and grievances in a safe and neutral atmosphere. Mediation resolves issues and concerns in a less stressful way and can save you a considerable amount of time and money.

Mediation allows the parties involved to create and compromise any outcomes desired whereas the court process limits you to certain outcomes, which are normally not sensitive to the parties’ needs. The court process is also expensive and not confidential. You will have to follow the court schedule whereas mediations can be scheduled according to everyone’s convenience.
